The project consisted of the replacement of an existing overhead paging communication system across a multi-building facility serving veterans in Salem, Virginia. The scope included the removal of legacy paging equipment and the installation of a modern IP-based communication system integrating new speakers, network components, cabling, and supporting infrastructure.
Schedule Solution
The schedule structured the work across engineering review, procurement, and installation phases, including coordination of cable installation, speaker deployment, and system testing activities across the facility’s buildings. The schedule established a clear sequencing framework to support planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking throughout the execution of the system upgrade.
Municipal Parks Facilites Renovation

Project Scope
The project involved renovation and site improvements at two municipal parks in Miami-Dade County: including Colonial Drive Park and Country Lake Park. The scope included demolition, concrete and site work, installation of park furnishings, mechanical and plumbing upgrades, and exterior facility improvements.
Schedule Solution
The project schedule was developed and re-baselined in Primavera P6 using the Critical Path Method (CPM) to reflect updated project conditions. A recovery schedule was implemented to mitigate execution delays and optimize construction sequencing across both park facilities, supporting effective coordination and progress monitoring
